Refund policy

Thank you very much for shopping with EDYT_.
To ensure that you can shop with confidence, we have established the following return and refund policy.

1. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

[Customer-initiated requests]
- We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for other items after an order has been placed (this applies to both our WEBSTORE and POPUP stores).
- Changes to size or color after order confirmation cannot be accommodated for any reason.

[Defective or incorrectly shipped items]
- We will exchange the item for the same product in the same color and size.
- If no replacement stock is available, we will issue a refund instead.
- Please contact us at "support@edyt.jp" within 7 days of receiving your item (requests made after 7 days cannot be accepted).
- Please contact our support team first, and return the item with shipping charges collect only after the exchange or refund has been confirmed.
* Returns sent without prior notice will take longer to process, so please be sure to contact us in advance.

2. Conditions Under Which Returns and Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in any of the following cases.
- Items for which more than 7 days have passed since delivery
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items that have absorbed odors (perfume, cosmetics, tobacco, etc.) while in your possession
- Items with lost or damaged accessories or packaging (bags, cases, shoe boxes, etc.)
- Items for which the purchase statement or product tags have been lost

3. Important Notes

- Please take care to avoid transferring odors to items when trying them on.
- Shoe boxes and product packaging are considered part of the product. We cannot accept returns if a shipping label has been affixed directly to them.
- We cannot accept returns if the condition of the item differs significantly from the condition at delivery (including tags, boxes, and accessories).
- Please keep your shipping receipt (tracking number) in a safe place until the process is complete.
- Coupons used at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund.
